Questions

Do I need a printer?
Yes. The label is a PDF: print it on plain paper and tape it flat to the largest side, with the barcode uncovered.
How fast will it arrive?
Royal Mail aims to deliver Next day (Tracked 24) the next working day, and Standard (Tracked 48) in 2 to 3 working days.
Where can I drop it off?
At any Post Office counter. Smaller items can also go to a Parcelshop, parcel locker or parcel postbox; the price card shows where yours fits.
How big can it be?
Up to 61 × 46 × 46 cm and 20 kg. Each size on the price card shows its limits.
What if it's lost or damaged?
Every label includes Royal Mail's cover for loss or damage up to £150. Keep the tracking number and chat to support in your account.
Can I cancel a label?
Yes, within 14 days if it hasn't been used, for a full refund. See refunds and cancellations.
What can't I send?
Liquids of any kind, lithium batteries on their own and flammable aerosols, among others. Check the prohibited items before you buy.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. It keeps your labels, receipts and tracking in one place.
