Cancel a label

Cancel a label you haven't used within 14 days of paying, and get the price back.

Updated Oct 18, 2026

Before you start

A label can be cancelled while it's ready to print, up to 14 days after it was paid. Don't post a parcel with a label you cancel.

Steps

  1. Open My labels and select the label.
  2. Select ⋮, then Cancel Label.
  3. Select Cancel Label to confirm.

Label cancelled. means the carrier confirmed it: the price goes back to the card it was paid with. Cancel requested. means the team reviews the request: the label shows Cancel requested until then, and you're notified if it's cancelled.

Troubleshooting

  • Cancel Label isn't in the menu: the label isn't ready yet, more than 14 days have passed since it was paid, a cancel was already requested, or it was refunded.
  • "This label can't be cancelled.": the carrier refused the cancel, so the label stays ready and nothing is refunded. Ask for a refund in chat if you won't use it.
  • "Couldn't cancel the label. Try again in a moment.": the carrier didn't answer. Nothing was refunded; try again.
