Send labels from a spreadsheet

Upload or paste up to 200 labels, fix their issues, pay once, then print or download every label.

Updated Oct 18, 2026

Before you start

Sign in to your account. In Settings, open Shipping defaults and pick a Send from address, a Sender name and a Sender phone. Every label in the order goes from there.

Steps

  1. Under Labels, open Bulk order. From the Dashboard, Multiple addresses opens it too.
  2. Select Download Template, then Template (CSV) or Template (Excel), and fill in one label a row.
  3. Select Upload Spreadsheet and choose the file. To paste instead, copy the rows in Excel or Google Sheets and select Paste Cells, or press ⌘V (Ctrl+V on Windows) on the screen.
  4. If a column wasn't recognised, Match columns asks which column fills each field. The account remembers it for the next upload.
  5. Fix the labels with issues. Each issue shows under the label's name. Turn on Issues only to see just those, and select a label's arrow to edit it in place.
  6. To change several labels at once, tick them, then select Actions and Bulk Edit.
  7. Select Confirm Order. Check the labels and the total, tick both declarations, then select Pay and pay once for every label.

The batch page shows each label as it's created. When they're ready, select Print All for one PDF or Download All for a zip of every label. With more than 200 labels, each opens a menu of files of 200: select Labels 1–200, then the next.

The order stays in this browser until it's paid for. Clear Order empties it.

Troubleshooting

  • "N labels couldn't be created.": those labels stay paid for. Select Retry on each one, or Edit and Retry to correct an address the carrier refused. To get the money back instead, select ⋮ and Request Refund. Download Failed Rows saves them as a file.
  • "Fix N labels first.": Confirm Order works once no label has an issue.
  • "Add a sender address, name and phone to pay.": select Edit Defaults and fill them in under Shipping defaults.
  • "Orders hold up to 200 labels.": the rest weren't added. Pay for this order, then add them to the next one.
  • "Allow pop-ups to print.": allow pop-ups for this site, then select Print All again.
