Steps
- Select Ask AI. Where only people answer, it's a chat icon instead.
- Open Guides to search for an answer, or All Chats to ask a question.
- Select New Chat, type your question and select Send.
An answer can come from the assistant first. If it can't help, select Talk to a Person where it's offered and someone will reply in the same chat. Replies also arrive by email.
The book icon beside Ask AI opens every guide in a new tab.
Troubleshooting
- There's no Ask AI or chat icon: chat isn't turned on for your account yet.
- A message didn't send: select Retry. The message is kept until it goes through.
