Set your shipping defaults

Choose the service, size, weight, sender, contents and value new parcels start with.

Steps

  1. Open Settings and select Shipping defaults.
  2. Choose the Service, Size and Weight most of your parcels use. The weight shows its price for the service.
  3. Under Send from, pick a saved address. It's also your return address.
  4. Enter the Sender name printed on your labels and a Sender phone for the carrier.
  5. Enter the usual Contents and their Value, up to £150.00 a parcel. Both are optional.
  6. Select Save.

Send a parcel on the dashboard and Buy Label start from these, and each label can still be changed before you pay. Bulk order starts every label from them too, and needs the sender address, name and phone.

Troubleshooting

  • No addresses under Send from: buy a label with a New address first. It's saved to the account, then it can be picked here.
  • Shipping defaults isn't in Settings: only members who can buy labels on the account see it.
