Print a label
Print or download a ready label, several labels as one PDF, or every unprinted label in turn.

Before you start
A label can be printed once it shows Ready. The label is the carrier's own PDF: it's printed and downloaded exactly as the carrier made it, so don't resize it.
Print or download one label
- Open My labels and select the label.
- Select Print to open the label in a new tab, then print it from there. Select Download to save the PDF.
The label shows Printed with the time of the first print or download. You can print it again at any time.
Print or download several labels
- Open My labels and tick the labels you want. The box in the header ticks every label on the page.
- Select Actions, then Print, Download PDF or Download Zip.
Print and Download PDF give one PDF with every ready label, newest first. Download Zip gives each label as its own PDF. Labels that aren't ready are left out, and a message says how many. Up to 200 labels at a time.
Print all
- Open Dashboard or My labels and select Print All.
- Select Print beside a label, or Print Next for the first one left.
Each label opens in its own tab, so each one goes to the printer as its own job. Print All lists up to 50 labels at a time.
Troubleshooting
- Print or Download isn't shown: the label isn't ready yet, or it was cancelled or refunded.
- Print, Download PDF and Download Zip are greyed out: none of the ticked labels is ready.
- "Allow pop-ups to print.": allow pop-ups for this site, then select Print again.
- The label prints too small or cut off: in the print window, set scale to Actual size or 100%.
- "Couldn't show the label. Download it instead.": the preview didn't load. Select Download.
