Reset your password

Steps

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email you sign in with and select Reset Password.
3. Open the email Reset your password and select the link in it.
4. Enter a New password and select Update Password.
5. Sign in with the new password.

Troubleshooting

• The email didn't arrive: check spam. Reset emails only go to accounts that sign in with an email and password.
• The link doesn't work: it expires after an hour. Request a new one.
